In the case of the Invited Speaker Sponsorship, each Corporate Sponsor will introduce and thank an invited Speaker. An opportunity to display and advertise their product will be available at this time as well.
In the case of the Refreshment Breaks, each Corporate Sponsor will be recognized for their sponsorship of a Refreshment Break and will be able to hand out product information at the break.

Exhibitor Booth add-ons for Silver, Bronze or Corporate Sponsors

As a Silver, Bronze or Corporate Sponsor we would like to offer you the opportunity to purchase an eight foot by eight foot booth or eight foot by three and half foot table in the Exhibitor’s area for a reduced rate of $600.00 for a booth and $300.00 for a table. Regular prices for booths will be $1200.00 and for a table, $600.00.
This purchase includes access to the Exhibitor area for two booth attendees. Should you require additional booth attendee access tickets; these can be purchased from the Hospitality Desk.

Monday Evening Reception and Dinner
Tickets to Monday evening’s Reception and Dinner will be available at the Hospitality Desk for $75.00 per ticket.
